Before registering and utilizing the services offered by Faisco, you must carefully read and fully comprehend the terms and conditions, particularly those pertaining to the exemption or limitation of liability, application of law, and dispute resolution.

Upon completion of the registration process or use of this website's services in any manner, you acknowledge that you have fully read and understood all the terms of this Agreement and have agreed to become a "User" of the Faisco website. In the event of a dispute between you and Faisco, this Agreement shall serve as a binding clause for both parties. Should you disagree with this Agreement or any of its terms, you must immediately cease the registration process or discontinue the use of this website's services.

I. Registration and Access

1.1 To access the services of this website, you are required to register and subscribe to use these services, providing all the necessary information for registration and setting up a username and password. You may update the information provided during registration by accessing your Faisco account.

1.2 You must ensure the security of your account password and log out if your computer is left unattended. Should your account be subjected to unauthorized use or any related security vulnerabilities, please notify us immediately.

1.3 You must ensure that the Faisco account is registered and obtained by you or your legally authorized individual, and not through the fraudulent use of others' information or by registering without legal authorization or other illegal means.

1.4 The Faisco services are only available to entities capable of entering into legally binding contracts in accordance with relevant laws and regulations. If you do not meet this condition, please refrain from using Faisco services. Faisco services will not be provided to users who have been temporarily or permanently suspended.

1.5 After registering your Faisco account, you should promptly update your account information (including but not limited to the registrant, responsible person, contact mobile phone, contact email, etc.). Faisco has the right to judge the nature of your account based on the information you provide, in order to take necessary measures in the event of a Faisco account dispute. Except for Faisco's fault, you are responsible for all actions and consequences under your account (including but not limited to, the purchase of Faisco products and services, disclosure of information, etc.).

II. Service Content and Charges

2.1 For your subscription-based payment account registered with Faisco, you agree to pay all fees, including taxes, in accordance with the billing terms and conditions in effect at the time of payment. Should you fail to make timely payments or if payment fails for any reason, you will not be able to use the required services.

2.2 We reserve the right to adjust the amount of service charges and have the right to implement new fees, charges, or terms after providing prior notice to you (which may be sent via email to the address you most recently provided to us).

2.3 This Agreement does not concern legal relationships or disputes arising from online transactions between you and other users of Faisco.

2.4 Except as expressly provided by law, judicial ruling, or with the written consent of Faisco, you may not provide, sell, lease, lend, transfer, or grant sublicense, sub-license, or disseminate through the information network or other forms for use by a third party of one or more of the services on this website; otherwise, you shall bear the responsibility and consequences arising therefrom.

III. Ownership of Service Content

3.1 The fundamental platform of the service is the exclusive property of Faisco. By subscribing to our services, Faisco grants you a personal, revocable, non-transferable, and non-exclusive license to use the service in accordance with the terms during the subscription period, unless terminated early.

3.2 "Faisco" and other trademarks, slogans, service marks, and trade names that appear through the services belong to Faisco. You may not remove or alter any copyright notice, trademark, or other proprietary or restrictive notice or legend on any material provided by Faisco. Except as expressly provided herein, no right, license, or benefit of such trademark shall be created or granted under this Agreement.

3.3 You acknowledge and agree that Faisco is not responsible for the use or distribution of the information you provide by the merchants conducting marketing activities. For more information on how merchants use your personal information, please refer to the promotion rules, terms, and privacy policies of each marketing campaign owner.

3.4 When using the Faisco Service, you must ensure the integrity of the relevant copyright. Specifically, you may not modify, tamper with, arbitrarily split, or combine all elements such as the product code, source code, template images, and other elements on the Faisco website. You may not segment or combine images with other images. Otherwise, it will be deemed a breach of contract, and Faisco has the right to terminate the services provided to you or immediately delete or block the information and materials you uploaded on the Faisco website. If your actions cause losses to Faisco, you should also be liable for compensation. If the owner of the portrait claims rights from Faisco, Faisco has the right to recover compensation from you.

3.5 Unless otherwise stated, Faisco does not endorse the content of any promotions or gifts distributed through this website and therefore assumes no responsibility.

3.6 Faisco may require you to provide personally identifiable information in order to participate in certain marketing activities. If you choose to provide personally identifiable information, you acknowledge and agree that Faisco may use any information you provide that complies with Faisco and these terms of Service.

3.7 Faisco provides technical support to you via email during normal business hours. You can send technical inquiries to contact@faisco.com, and Faisco can respond to your support requests by email within a reasonable period of time.

V. Rules of Use

5.1 Faisco services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Faisco will make every effort to protect your legitimate rights and interests and to provide a positive experience. Unfortunately, Faisco cannot foresee any technical issues or other difficulties at any time. These difficulties may result in data loss or other service interruptions. Therefore, you clearly understand and agree that the risk associated with your use of Faisco services is at your own discretion. Faisco expressly states that it does not make all warranties, express or implied, of any kind, including, but not limited to, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Faisco does not guarantee the following:

(1) That the service will meet your requirements.

(2) That all services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, and without any errors.

(3) That the results obtained from using the Faisco network service will be accurate or reliable.

(4) That the quality of any products, services, materials, or other materials you purchase or obtain through the Faisco service will meet your expectations.

5.2 You clearly understand and agree that Faisco will only provide you with technical support for the use of Faisco Services; therefore, Faisco will not provide files including, but not limited to, source code, databases, system mirroring, etc.

5.3 You are fully responsible for the content you submit and the consequences of publishing or distributing such content. Regarding the content you submit, you acknowledge, declare, and guarantee that: (a) you have or have obtained the necessary license to use and authorize Faisco to use all patents, trademarks, trade secrets, copyrights, or other proprietary rights contained in your submission, to enable the use of user-submitted content in the manner envisaged in these terms of Service; and (b) you have obtained the written consent, authorization, and/or permission of each identifiable individual in the user-submitted content to use the name and likeness of each identifiable individual contained in the user-submitted content, to enable the use of the user-submitted content in the manner contemplated by the website and these terms of Service.

5.4 You retain ownership of the content you submit; however, by submitting the content to Faisco, you hereby grant Faisco a global, non-exclusive, royalty-free, fully paid, perpetual, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, adapt, prepare derivative works, translate, publish, publicly display, and publicly perform user submissions related to the website and Faisco's business. This includes, but is not limited to, the promotion and redistribution of some or all of this site (and its derivative works) in any media format and through any media channel. You also grant each user of this site a non-exclusive license to access your submission through this site and to use, copy, and distribute your submission as permitted by the features of this site and these terms of Service.

5.5 Except as authorized in writing by Faisco, you may not modify, recreate, decompile, or reverse engineer this website, or make any attempts to extract the source code, or commit any suspected infringement of the rights of Faisco.

5.6 With regard to the content/material you submit, you agree that you will not: (a) submit documents protected by copyright, trade secrets, or otherwise subject to the proprietary rights of third parties (including privacy and disclosure rights), unless you are the owner of such rights or have obtained permission from their legitimate owners to distribute materials and grant Faisco licenses; (b) publish false or misleading statements that may harm Faisco or any third party; (c) submit illegal, obscene, defamatory, threatening, pornographic, harassing, hateful, racial, or national offenses, harmful to children, violating the rights of any third party, or encouraging acts that are considered a criminal offense, giving rise to civil liability, violating any law, or other inappropriate material; (d) post advertisements or solicit business; (e) submit or transmit any virus, worm, Trojan horse, or other harmful or malicious code, files, scripts, or programs; (f) violate the Faisco use policy; (g) impersonate another person.

5.7 Faisco does not endorse any content submitted by users or any opinions, suggestions, or recommendations expressed therein, and Faisco expressly disclaims any and all responsibilities related to the content submitted by users. Faisco does not permit copyright infringement or intellectual property infringement on the website or service, and Faisco will remove your submission if it is notified that the content you submit infringes on the intellectual property rights of others. You acknowledge that Faisco and its designated personnel have the right (but no obligation) to pre-screen, reject, or delete content and user-submitted content without further notice. If a user is identified as a repeat infringer, Faisco also reserves the right to terminate the user's access to the site and services. Repeat infringers are users who have been notified more than twice of infringing activities and/or that the content submitted by the user has been removed from the site and/or services more than twice. Faisco also reserves the right to determine the appropriateness of the content or user-submitted content and to address violations other than copyright infringement and intellectual property law violations, including but not limited to, pornography, obscenity, or defamation. Faisco may delete such user-submitted content and/or suspend user accounts at any time without further notice.

VI. Scope of Liability and Compensation

6.1 You expressly understand and agree that Faisco shall not be liable for any damages arising from any of the following circumstances, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses (whether or not Faisco has been informed of the possibility of such damages): (1) use or failure to use Faisco Services; (2) fees arising from the purchase or acquisition of any goods, samples, data, information, or services through or from Faisco Services, or the receipt of any information through or from Faisco Services or the conclusion of any exchange for the acquisition of alternative goods and services; (3) unauthorized access to or modification of your transmission data or data; (4) any third-party declaration or acts related to Faisco Services; or (5) any other matter, including negligence, arising from any reason related to the service of Faisco.

6.2 You agree that, as a result of your violation of this Agreement or other documents incorporated herein, or because you have violated the law or infringed upon the rights of a third party, causing a third party to file claims against Faisco and its subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, employees, and agents (including but not limited to judicial fees and other professional fees, including legal fees, etc.), you must indemnify Faisco and its subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, employees, and agents from losses (including but not limited to judicial fees and other professional fees, including legal fees, etc.).

6.3 The cumulative liability of Faisco for all claims relating to the site or services, whether in the form of contract or infringement, including negligence, intellectual property infringement, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total cost you actually paid for the service or use of the site.

6.4 The limitations, exemptions, and disclaimers in this section and other parts of these terms of use apply to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

VII. Termination of Services or Access Restrictions

Faisco reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, for any reason or for no reason at all, at its sole discretion. Therefore, Faisco reserves the right to delete any user content that is abusive, illegal, destructive, or does not meet our standards, and has the right to restrict or cancel all or part of your access to the service at any time for any reason, including but not limited to technical difficulties or violations of these terms.

VIII. Third-Party Websites

Faisco provides links to third-party websites solely for your convenience. If you use these links, you will leave the Faisco website. Faisco does not censor any third-party websites and does not control or bear any responsibility for any of these sites and their content or their confidentiality policies. Therefore, Faisco does not endorse or make any representations about any information, software, or other products or materials on these sites, or any results that may be obtained through the use of them. If you decide to visit any of the third-party websites displayed by Faisco, you do so at your own risk.

IX. Changes to the Agreement

9.1 You acknowledge and agree that the terms of this Agreement and other individual Service agreements will have to be changed as a result of changes in the services provided by Faisco and the laws applicable to both you and Faisco.

9.2 Faisco will do its best to notify you in advance of any changes to the terms of this Agreement and/or other individual Service agreements. However, in some cases (for example, changes required by applicable law), updates to this Agreement and/or other individual Service Agreement terms may need to take effect immediately. Faisco will post changes on the Faisco website and adjust the update time specified in this Agreement and other individual Service Agreement terms accordingly according to the modification time.

9.3 If you do not agree with the content modified by Faisco, please do not use any part of this service and/or other individual services after the terms of this Agreement and/or other individual Service Agreement have been modified (that is, after the update time specified in the revised terms of this Agreement and other individual Service Agreement). In the event of any use of this Service and/or other individual Services after the modification of the terms of this Agreement and/or other individual Service Agreement, it indicates that you have read, known, and agreed to the full contents of the revised terms of this Agreement and/or other individual Service Agreement.

9.4 Except for the changes made by Faisco herein, any other amendment or modification to the terms of this Agreement and/or other individual Service Agreement shall be null and void, unless you expressly sign a written paper agreement with Faisco to change the terms of this Agreement and/or other individual Service Agreement.

X. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of China and will not cause any legal conflict. Disputes related to Faisco Services arising from your use of Faisco Services shall be resolved by Faisco through consultation with you; if no agreement is reached, either party may apply to the Guangzhou Arbitration Commission for arbitration.

XI. Miscellaneous

11.1 These provisions constitute a complete agreement between the parties regarding the subject matter of this Agreement, superseding any previous agreement.

11.2 You acknowledge that you have the full capacity and ability to enter into the terms, conditions, obligations, affirmations, representations, and warranties set forth in these terms and conditions and to abide by and comply with these terms.

11.3 Should any provision of this Agreement be deemed void, invalid, or unenforceable, such provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions of this Agreement.
