3. Editing Your Template

1. Start Editing

• After choosing a template, click "Create" to start editing.

2. Customize Your Campaign

• Basic: Update your campaign’s title and description to grab attention.
• User Details: Set login options, participation conditions, and data collection forms.
• Participation: Define initial draw chances, winning rates, and bonus tasks for extra chances.
• Prize Setting: Add details like prize names, quantities, and images.
• Brand Elements: Add splash ads to seamlessly incorporate your brand into the campaign, ensuring it stays top-of-mind for participants.

3. Preview and Save

• To pause editing, click "Save" to keep your progress.
• Once you're done, click "Preview & Publish" to see how it looks.

4. Publishing Your Campaign

After editing, you’re ready to publish your campaign. Here’s how:

1. Set Up Publishing Options

• From the editing page, click the “Preview & Publish” button at the top right.
• In the preview window, scan the QR code with your phone to test it on mobile, or click the desktop icon to view the campaign in your browser.

2. Go Live

• If all looks good, click "Publish" to make your campaign live.
• Your campaign is now active, and users can start participating.

3. How to Fix Publishing Issues

• Upgrade your plan if your campaign uses premium features that require a higher subscription to publish.
• Alternatively, return to the editing page and turn off the premium features.

5. Promoting Your Campaign

To maximize participation, promote your campaign using various channels. Follow these steps:

• Share your campaign link on platforms like Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram.

• Check the campaign card for participant data and winner details under "More - User Data".
• For insights on participation and shares, select "More - Promotion Data".

2. Optimize Campaign Settings

• Use real-time analytics to tweak settings for better results.
• Adjust prize distribution and participation rules as needed.

3. Prize Fulfillment

• Verify winners and, after dispatching prizes, mark them as redeemed in "Campaign Data - Winner List".
• Notify winners via email or text message.

4. Wrap Up

• After the campaign ends, export your data.
• Review the results to gauge success and identify improvement areas.
